The accommodation was excellent and the staff were superb! We had 4 rooms booked to attend a graduation ceremony with 2 sets of elderly Grandparents and it couldn't have been better. The staff were so helpful as we requested 1 room early to enable all us to get changed after a long journey from Devon and allowed us to park in a disabled space due to the Grandparents not being very mobile. The location was excellent and the rooms and facilities were fantastic. Thank you

Wonderful stay here! Thank you very much for a warmth welcome on my first time abroad (even though only for 5 days here) and I'm clearly being an introverted person who's afraid talking with anyone else (I'm even forgot the "Socket" words and I keep saying plug in plug in lol) :p But yeah overall was great, staff was helpful and respect your privacy, strategic location, and it was my luck I got a room in the corner which I believe it has a better view than the other.

EXCELLENT. Lovely Rose and Jacqueline on reception made our stay brilliant - superb service - nothing was too much trouble. We booked four rooms for our family to celebrate my daughter's graduation. This stay was perfect thanks to the staff who were accommodating and so helpful. The rooms were super-clean and everything was perfect. Excellent location. Cannot fault. THANK YOU.

I had a most enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and efficient- My only complaint was that the water bottles were not replaced after they were empty. Otherwise, I was happy with my experience. Nice to see the Club open for guests once again. I will be coming back.

Nice experience. The room was spacious and very clean. Would have liked some shelf space for toiletries in the bathroom but otherwise worked well.

Certainly met my needs for a brief visit to Oxford to transport my granddaughter back to London after a summer Session. Will stay here again.
