Love place to stay, room has everything needed very clean Welcome was warm all areas are clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Gluten-free breakfast was lovely, fresh cooked buttery croissants!! Just a few picky bits Tv didn't tilt enough to view from the bed. We discovered on our first night about 9pm that the room didn't lock! A member of staff came and looked at it, but it wasn't repaired during our stay. The room was safe, just unable to lock from the inside (room 608) Will definitely stay again.

Excellent room, great friendly staff day time and night reception. Only tiny issue - great walk in shower, massive, quality power with built in touch control - shower tray slippy when wet and a tiny bit of gel on it - nearly dropped but wall tiles nice a grippy so no dramas. Might need a non slip coating applied just in case - it's a big shower so someone less agile might end up falling badly. Otherwise a fantastic stay - will book again and recommend!

Great apartments, modern, clean and friendly staff always available to assist. They even changed the kettle in the room right away as it had a slight electrical connection problem. Hard to find such prompt and polite service these days.
