Felt I was staying in a new hotel rather than student accommodation. Even had coffee and kettle in room! Service was excellent all round. Would certainly use again and will now seek to use university accommodation in other university towns/cities. Storm Jameson Court, Leeds

I have recommended you as my stay was lovely I enjoyed the hooting of the Owls ? at night! the demonstration of ? in flight & the accommodation was perfect excellent. 5 out of 5 (the bed lamp is faulty) Glad £49 went to help wildlife! Falcons Nest, Cambridgeshire

Facilities clean and tidy. Real cups and saucers would have been so much nicer - if I had known they were plastic in the room I would have brought my own mug! Breakfast very good and staff were polite and friendly. James College, University of York

The Hotel was suburb the staff exceptionally helpful, a repeat visit to the hotel is definitely on the cards. Location very convenient to all venues in Buxton Best Western Plus Buxton Lee Wood Hotel, Buxton

very good value, the only thing was the traffic on the Camden Road. Had our room been at the other side of the corridor our stay would have been much better. Ifor Evans Hall, Camden, London
