2nd time here. Good, clean basic accommodation at a very reasonable price. Location is good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free croissant and coffee in the morning is a nice touch. We used to be students so had some idea what to expect. Room was better than expected but too hot so had to turn down the radiators and open the windows! The shower room was rather tired with a hole in part of the flooring but quite useable. We hope to be back! Wycliffe Hall, Oxford

The location was fantastic, the room was a good size for me & the price was ideal. Just for other peoples reference I would just like to inform that this is a basic room, so there are no complementary bathroom toiletries or a kettle to make a hot drink. Goldsmid House, Victoria, London

Overall brilliant stay but just couple of ‘niggles’ - please get info out re breakfast times at weekend being 9-10 and not 8-9 as during week. Would be even better if mugs/decent sized cups were provided! Exeter College, Oxford

The website didn't make it clear how to book breakfast, and in the end I had a separate breakfast. Otherwise a Cambridge College's usual high standard. Christ's College, Cambridge
