The communication and service was superb. The college was quick to respond to mails and very helpful when we were there too. We were even able to borrow a wheelchair for my mother. The setting is beautiful and the highlight was walking across the bridge over the Cam for breakfast in the morning. Clare College, Cambridge

Very easy booking process; checking was clearly communicated (self check-in after hours was possible and straightforward), the room had everything I needed and was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast provided between 8-9. Very kind service and good value for money. I’ll definitely stay again Oxford Adams Guest House, Oxford

A really excellent accommodation. Plenty of room, clean, bright and quiet. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. The College is close to most Uni and other amenities. Helpful and friendly porters (not always the case with Oxbridge porters!). A thoroughly enjoyable stay - thank you. Selwyn College, Cambridge

No room cleaning for the second day despite daily cleaning had been promised (also, coffee/tea/milk supply in the room was not refilled at all during the stay). However, the internet was fast, the room had the basic necessities, and the location was excellent. Pembroke College, Oxford
