Loved the rooms. The porters provided clear instructions. The only negative was housekeeping insisted on changing the mattress in the single 'within walls' room at 9.00 in the morning- it's ok to disturb students during term time but paying guests should be left alone! Magdalen College, Oxford

The location was fantastic, the room was a good size for me & the price was ideal. Just for other peoples reference I would just like to inform that this is a basic room, so there are no complementary bathroom toiletries or a kettle to make a hot drink. Goldsmid House, Victoria, London

Have stayed at Goodenough College before. The location is exceptional and the whole place is spotlessly clean. This time I discovered the roof terrace. Had a meal At Freddies and it was delicious. Great value for the money. Goodenough College, Bloomsbury, London

I arrived late (post 9 pm) and the staff that welcomed me could not be more helpful (unfortunately I cannot remember his name). He was absolutely amazing. Whatever his salary is, I am sure he is not paid enough :) Wycliffe Hall, Oxford

Great place for summer living. Every summer I study for 2-3 weeksat a language school. I lived in Gardens House twice. Very comfortable, good location, friendly staff. Thank's! Gardens House, Camberwell, London
