Reception were vet helpful. The whole place was clean, warm and welcoming. There were very few quests for breakfast. It would have been better quality and less wasteful if the cooked breakfast were cooked to order rather than cooked in bulk and then left to warm.

The front door staff were terrific. The location and facilities were very good. The cleaners were very inefficient and seemed to clean as slowly as possible with little effectiveness. I would come again.

This was the highlight of my UK trip. I suggest planning it when there are concerts in the cathedral ,which is gorgeous and the acoustics likewise are beautiful. I had a wonderful stay.
