It's hard to complain as everyone was so helpful, but we would have loved to stay in the older section of New College as opposed to the new building. But then again, we don't know what those rooms were like. It's hard to expect a perfect experience, so we appreciated everything regardless. New College, Oxford

Vey comfortable stay, extremely pleasant and helpful staff. It is student accommodation so I didn’t expect 5* but it was very clean and well presented. I would definitely stay here again. Churchill College, Cambridge
