A very pleasant stay, close to town, was attending a Wedding at Queens, so close to Chapel And Reception, breakfast amazing, no need for lunch, clean and very quiet room with lounge area. 100 per cent recommendation. Lovely couple who only took over the Guest House in June and have plans to up the standards, which are already pretty high. Parking might be an issue during the busy summer months, apart from that, could not find fault and would certainly stay there again. The Beaches Guest House, Southend-on-Sea
