I would stay again. Great venue and location and value for money. I am fine with shared bathrooms and an institutional feel, because thats what these colleges are, but I accept it's not for everyone. If you want to spend time in Oxford on a budget it's a great option.

St Hugh's College, Oxford

Nice place, well maintained and great garden. I attended a 3 day event in here and the place is amazing, clean, well maintained and the architecture is awesome. The staff there is really helpful and friendly. They kept on smiling throughout the 3 days. Recommended

Rhodes House, Oxford

The porters were helpful. Breakfast very good and surroundings of the college excellent. Room was a bit bare, dated and slightly drab. Everything else fine. Convenient location for supermarket, university and bus stops to London.

Nice basic dorm type room in the heart of the city, across from Christ Church. Very clean, comfortable, felt very safe and cozy. Porter at Christ Church, where you get the key, was extremely kind and helpful.
