Excellent experience! Thoroughly enjoyable and a perfect venue. The only caveat was carrying a heavy suitcase up and down copious steep stairs! A warning would have been good. Otherwise, five stars all round. First class porters at the lodge and breakfast was to die for!! Durham Castle, Durham

To be fair, I'm not aware of how English food is generally so I may be biased. For the value for money, apparently there was an F1 race the weekend we booked during the weekend, so it's surely it played a part. In any case, we enjoyed our stay, thank you very much! Wycliffe Hall, Oxford

Really enjoyed our time in Cambridge. We have stayed in a couple of other colleges and this was the best one. Rooms clean with everything you need, beds comfy, plenty of tea and coffee. Close to the city centre, would recommend to others. Westminster College, Cambridge

The porters were very helpful and the room very nice. Breakfast in hall was perfect too ! we really enjoyed our stay ! Mansfield College, Oxford
