Our stay at Magdalen was really special - it's a beautiful college and I enjoyed having the chance to stay inside it and have breakfast in the Great Hall. The room wasn't fancy (as expected) and was comfortable. I've already recommended it to others. Magdalen College, Oxford

Porters were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. Candy Ramirez at Speedy Booker was extremely helpful and efficient in sorting out a change of booking that couldn't be done on website. Thank you. Magpie Lane House (Oriel College), Oxford

We love DC staying at the castle ahead of the Great North run. Made the weekend all the more enjoyable. The rooms are basic but perfectly fine and the experience, and the breakfast was wonderful! Would defo stay again Durham Castle, Durham
