I only noticed the visitor's pantry on the morning that I was leaving, I asked about it at Reception and was told that I could have used it. It would have been good to know about it earlier, could it be mentioned on the information that is provided for visitors in the room? Rewley House, Oxford

Despite a long flight of stairs the room was spacious and had an ensuite bathroom which I wasn't expecting in a University room. The buffet breakfast was good with vegetarian and vegan options. Durham Castle, Durham

Everything went well and was very nice apart from the room was incredibly noisy from road vehicles in the night with windows open. Churchill College, Cambridge
