We loved our stay in the Castle rooms. Fabulous location, comfortable rooms and the college is simply stunning. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. A warm welcome from Keith the gate keeper. Just across from the cathedral. Great value for money and an experience to remember. Durham Castle, Durham

The staff at Christchurch College were warm and welcoming. The ensuite room was clean and quiet, and set in beautiful surroundings. The dining hall is impressive, with a good range of food. Getting all this for the price is fantastic value for money. Christ Church, Oxford

Magical place. The Porters Lodge team were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was more than adequate (it is, after all, a college dorm room), the setting world-class . . . I highly recommend this experience over any local hotel. Magdalen College, Oxford

I had a very great stay. Whatever, the toilet was not cleaned very well. The scout seemed VERY stressed. Nevertheless, the scout person was very friendly. Amazing service in the dining hall!! Supergood food! Thank you for everything. St Catherine's College, Oxford

Lovely place to stay very near to the centre of Oxford. Very quiet and good-sized rooms. Delicious breakfast in what I think is probably the Crypt Café. Thank you all round! Mansfield College, Oxford
